Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
There is no late seating for any performances. Patrons will not be admitted once the event has begun. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Art of Acting Studio).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
